Shipping

J’adore Intimates is shipping online orders within Canada and the United States. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited and are processed and shipped within 2 – 10 days. At times, we may experience colours and/or sizes out of stock which will prolong delivery. We will notify you by email of any delays due to stock availability. We do our best to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada. Orders under $150 are charged a flat rate of $15. All orders to the US are subject to a flat rate of $25. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited and should arrive within 2-7 business days (depending on the province or state) after you receive an email with your tracking number.

For US orders, please note all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. US customers will not be charged any taxes at checkout.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with an item, please contact us immediately by phone or email. Return it back to us by mail or in store in the same condition that you received it for an exchange or store credit only, no refunds.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties and thongs.

Items must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and must be send back within 2 weeks of receipt of order.
