No appointment is necessary. All fitters are able to service any and all needs. Our core hours are 11am to 4pm and the best time for a fitting. Fittings are done free of charge.

An average time for a fitting is 20-30 minutes, very little time for such an important activity.

Metered parking is available in front of our boutique and a paid parking lot is adjacent to our location.

We have a range of prices from $45 to $205.

We don’t make custom bras, but our fitting services will fit you in the best style and size for your shape. Our inventory includes a very extensive range, bands 30-48 and cups A to J, mostly European brands.

We set up a customer file that keeps track of all your purchases. If you want to purchase the same item, phoning in an order is very easy. We also have an online shop but it is only a small selection of our in store inventory, not all brands, style and colours are offered online.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to return items where the tags have been removed. We do offer credit notes in certain situations, but no refunds.

Yes. This is a great way to purchase a gift from our boutique, you will be sure the size is right! Gift Cards can be purchased in store for any denomination or online for $50, $100 or $200. They are redeemable online and in the store and never expire.

Important to properly care for your bras. They are delicate and require special attention to help keep them looking, fitting well and feeling great!

Have a minimum of 3 basic bras in your bra wardrobe: 1 to wear, 1 to wash and 1 ready to alternate.

Avoid wearing the same bra 2 days in a row. The elastic in even the best bras needs to recover after a day of wear.

You should wash your bra after 2 to 3 wearings depending on your level of activity.

A sports bra needs to be washed after every workout.

Handwashing is always the best way in cool to lukewarm water with a delicate wash. Never use normal detergents or soaps as they will destroy elastic and lace. Rinse in cool water and never wring or twist the bras, press gently and lay flat to dry or hang.  Soak and Eucalan washes make it easy as you do not need to rinse!

.Should you choose to machine wash, please do up the hooks to avoid snagging and put in a mesh bra bag on a cool gentle cycle using a delicate wash such as Forever New. Do not add softener or bleach as that will destroy the elastic and lace.

Remove promptly and lay flat to dry. Never put your bras in the dryer as the heat will destroy the elastic.

Look after your bras and they will have a longer life looking good and lifting you up!
